Oasis Asset Management (OAM) is our specialized real estate asset management practice building on our experience and strengths in Real Estate and in general asset management. OAM is focused in providing asset management services for properties and portfolios located in the markets we know well-Arizona and Southern California. We understand a variety of asset categoried including land, resort/hotel, homebuilding/lot inventories and retail.
OAM assists "accidental owners" of Real Estate as well as experienced owners with full Real Estate departments who require local assistance. We can provide custom asset management in addition to making cash investments alongside our asset management clients.
OAM has an agreement with a leading appraisal and valuation firm, Burke Hansen which allows us to provide additional services seamlessly.
